The `pyUserCalc` software package and associated code tools are intended for public non-profit and academic research and educational use, and are protected by an open-source [GNU Affero General Public License (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.en.html)]. The most recent versions of the code will always be shared in the [pyUserCalc GitLab repository], where they can be accessed and downloaded for such use.
Any `pyUserCalc` model use that results in shared or published outcomes should attribute proper credit by citing the appropriate references for the development of that code, including at least the reference Elkins & Spiegelman (2021), which first published and explained the main software package. Additional tools such as radioactive decay and two-dimensional integration calculators, trace element concentration models, and dynamic melting calculators have been published or will be shared as supplements to additional articles, and should be cited accordingly. Where applicable, appropriate additional citation information is included in documentation with each script or notebook.
